Once temperatures begin to rise, it’s time to make sure your air conditioning is ready for the dog days ahead. When you schedule a cooling inspection, a Schebler technician will:
- Check the refrigerant pressures
- Clean and inspect the condenser coil
- Lubricate the condenser fan motor as required
- Make sure the unit is level
- Check and tighten all electrical connections
- Clean the drain hose
- Check for excessive noise or vibration
