Duct-Free Split System – installed where ducted systems can’t go, or as a complement to a ducted system. Includes heat pump or air conditioner, compact fan coil, refrigerant tubing and wires, control or thermostat, and air quality options.
Packaged System – for homes without space for separate products found in typical split systems.

Energy efficiency
We’ll work with you to optimize Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE), a rating telling you how much energy is being converted to heat. An AFUE of 90 means that 90% of the fuel is being used to warm your home, while the other 10% escapes as exhaust with the combustion gases. 95% of Schebler installations are for systems that qualify for energy rebates (92% efficiency).
