Hopewell Elementary School

Owner: Pleasant Valley Community School District
Location: Bettendorf, Iowa
This modern educational institution combined energy efficiency with modern technology to create an environment that was not only pleasing to the eye but also to the Budget. Schebler incorporated several of their signature crafts including SMACNA ductwork, kitchen exhaust, stainless work and special heavy gauge covers to provide the community with this state of the art facility.
Western Illinois University – Riverfront Campus

Schebler provided “Out of the Box” thinking when faced with the unique challenges that this project faced. One of them was to lift 8500# pieces of large energy recovery equipment through the roof and into tight spaces after structural members were removed. |
Hope Creek Care Center

Owner: Rock Island County
Location: East Moline, IL
A 245 bed facility consisting of 5 interconnected building covering 126,700 total square feet. The facility has 12 high efficiency package roof top units totaling 275 tons of cooling and 5.9 million BTUH of heating supplying the ventilation with 161 comfort zones.
Colona Fire Department

Owner: Colona Fire Department
Location: Colona, IL
This building is a 7500 sq. ft. facility consisting of 2040 square feet of office and sleeping quarters along with 5460 square feet of vehicle storage. This office area utilizes 2 – 3 ton self-contained geothermal system with 8 wells, while the vehicle area has a radiant heating system. A carbon monoxide detection system is connected to intake and exhaust fans to keep the building safe for its occupants. The project was completed on time and under budget.
Rock Island Arsenal

Location: Rock Island, IL
This building is 770,000 square foot manufacturing & storage facility. The project consisted of installing 64 economizing exhaust fans with digital control panels. Helicopters were used to set in place the fans and hoods onto the roof. |
Merrill Lynch – Birch Field Development

Owner: Russell Construction Company
Location Davenport, Iowa
Schebler demonstrated its ”team” approach to construction by partnering on this design build project. This VAV system was designed and installed by Schebler Company's “experts” to suit the tenant’s needs for zone control and comfort.

Schebler utilized its B.I.M. (Building Integrated Modeling) software to provide a completely coordinated project. This process identified and eliminated the majority of conflicts between all trades. |
